I’m completely new to smart home world and I bought a new Home assistant yellow kit and able to integrate Ring front doorbell but not the door sensors and the base station. Though I’m able to access the flood light cameras only the light and siren info only but not the cameras. Can you please help me if I’m missing anything here? I have made a custom esphome integration with entity events for my TX Ultimate to meet my needs Double touch on any switch will invert the relays (in case my HA server is down, I can still control the lights) and trigger two small vibrations and a yellow light below the touched switch Simple touch will on/off the corresponding hue light bulbs (but not through relay) with a small vibration and a low brightness blue light below the touched switch Long press will trigger scenes with a longer vibration and a green light below the switch Swipe left will turn off all the lights in the kitchen & living room (with a short pulsing light on the left side of the TX Ultimate) Swipe right will turn on all the lights in the kitchen & living room (with a short pulsing light on the right side of the TX Ultimate) I would have loved to have a continuous detection of the touched positions (it only send position on press/release), as well as multi touch with positions (it only says multi touch, it doesn't says wchich positions are touched) and a vertical axis position (we only have horizontal)

...but Zigbee2MQTT has such a bigger database of supported devices...won't migrating from Z2M to ZHA cause a lot of people to suffer immediate device compatibility problems? That is the reason I switched from ZHA to Z2M in the first place. Is ZHA a requirement for simultaneously transitioning/support matter devices and network?

When power cut happens, will the hardware damaged? Will it start by itself when power is reconnected? Will i need to pay for any more platform to access the devices from worldwide?

Recently I bought Espressif ESP32-H2-DevKitM which has Zigbee. Now I want to develop my own hardware around that and control that anywhere from the world. I understood that, Home Asistant is a good ploatform. To start with I understood that I need to have a Home assistant server. Can I use Sonoff Zigbee Pro as Homeassistant server. I though it will be good bridge since it has Zigbee and Wifi implementations. Please excuse me if my questions are rubbish :) Thank you.

What Zigbee hub or stick you are using with HA and whats it's range? What I read direct connection from Aqara to HA is bit limited, which is sad since I have quite much Aqara devices around house.

I see a problem - I don't remember where the zero point is after the reset...How did you ensure that the engine does not lose its initial state? I did everything like you and the engine always recognizes the current state of the device as zero after resetting the device
